I started this amazing online Australian business over 10 years ago now, it was originally set up as a dropshipping business!!
So many of the products that you see on the website will be shipped from one of my many suppliers from either overseas or even right here in Australia!!
However, I do hold alot of stock here at home in Australia (leggings, bath bombs, some blankets, towels, jewellery, make-up, perfumes and other clothing) plus a few other gorgeous items!!
If you are unsure about anything you see, please shoot me a quick message before purchasing and I'll be happy to chat to you!!
In the descriptions of all items it will tell you whether products are here at home in Australia or dropshipped. (meaning they are in another location and will be shipped straight to your door).
***Please also note that Shipping/Postage times could have times of up to 3/4 weeks!! But this is usually items coming from overseas, customised and personalised orders will also take up to 3 weeks for arrival. It's usually up to 2 weeks for standard postage times.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES INFORMATION
Hi and thankyou for your purchase.
If you have placed an order with me and your item is not suitable, arrived broken/damaged etc or a wrong item has been sent, please message or email me ASAP so we can work out a suitable exchange or refund.
I hate to see my customers not happy with what they have ordered and I'd be happy to help you in any way I can!!
Regarding sizes, all items should have a size guide and are accurate for each item, if you're unsure please don't hesitate to ask before ordering!!
If your item has arrived broken/damaged, please take a couple of photos for me for proof of arrival and I will get a replacement sent out ASAP. *conditions will apply.
Wrong sizes and other incorrect items will need to be returned to myself and either the correct item will be reposted out to you or you can be refunded as soon as your item has arrived to me. Please allow between 3-5 business days for refunds to hit your account.
Also regarding postage, at the moment there is a 2-4 week postage time if orders are coming from overseas. I will give you updated tracking numbers and details as it comes to hand so that we can both track your parcels!! Please keep an eye on your emails!!
